Barlow Andrews Corporate Finance has launched a new service which will initially be free to local business owners that are looking either to acquire local companies or to sell their businesses.

Nick Hulme, Corporate Finance Director at Barlow Andrews commented. “When we deal with the acquisition or disposal of businesses making profits in excess of £100k pa, we have a tried and tested formula for identifying potential sellers and buyers, both locally and nationally. Our processes and contacts networks work extremely well.

But in many cases we are asked to find smaller local businesses for clients to acquire, or on the other side of the coin are asked if we can help to sell smaller local businesses, businesses that in many cases are most likely to be bought by other local businesses. At present there is no dealmaker facility in the North Manchester and Lancashire area that provides a free service specifically to this market. Our new local dealmaker service, which is available to local businesses and the clients of other local professionals with whom we work as a firm, now fills this gap."
